Clothing

  • We recommend dressing in layers.  Weather can change quickly and unpredictably

  • Windbreaker jacket and pants for pre and post race.  The race starts on the ocean which can be chilly.

  • Running shoes that can handle pavement AND dirt road. 

  • Quick dry fabric top and bottom
